Sometime I feel we are just like the caterpillar

Sometimes I feel we are just like the caterpillar struggling through life feeling trap most of the time and often subject to the threat of falling prey to the "birds of worries" in life. But the good thing is that once the caterpillar reaches a certain age of maturity,it will coil itself into a pupa. Within the pupa the old body parts of the caterpillar are undergoing a remarkable transformation, called ‘metamorphosis,’ to become the beautiful parts that make up the butterfly that will emerge.

Like wise we too must persevere till we grow old and have breath our last. After which we'll leave our old body and awaits for the arrival of our Lord at paradise. When Jesus arrives He'll give us a new body just like what happens to the caterpillar in the pupa awaiting to be transform into a butterfly.

How great that day will be. The thought of it just made me excited.

Some great morning when this life is over, I'll fly away. To a home on God celestial shore, I'll fly away...

1 Corinthians 15:52-53
New Living Translation (NLT)

52 It will happen in a moment, in the blink of an eye, when the last trumpet is blown. For when the trumpet sounds, those who have died will be raised to live forever. And we who are living will also be transformed. 53 For our dying bodies must be transformed into bodies that will never die; our mortal bodies must be transformed into immortal bodies.
