One day we'll cease to exist in this earth

We all knew that somehow one day we'll cease to exist in this earth... Don't you find it so disturbing to know this reality of life? Why are we given the ability to know this dead line? what is the purpose of this dead line? To eat drink and be merry? I doubt so... I think God gave us this understanding so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us...
