Jesus intercede for the criminal

Old Testament Prophesy

Isaiah 53:12
New Living Translation (NLT)

12 I will give him the honors of a victorious soldier,
because he exposed himself to death.
He was counted among the rebels.
He bore the sins of many and interceded for rebels.

New Testament Fulfilment

Luke 23:39-43
New American Standard Bible (NASB)

39 (A)One of the criminals who were hanged there was [a]hurling abuse at Him, saying, “Are You not the [b]Christ? (B)Save Yourself and us!” 40 But the other answered, and rebuking him said, “Do you not even fear God, since you are under the same sentence of condemnation? 41 And we indeed are suffering justly, for we are receiving [c]what we deserve for our deeds; but this man has done nothing wrong.” 42 And he was saying, “Jesus, remember me when You come [d]in Your kingdom!” 43 And He said to him, “Truly I say to you, today you shall be with Me in (C)Paradise.”
