Exhortation to stop watching TV programmes

Dear brothers and sisters,

This is an exhortation for us to give up watching TV programmes.

Many of us profess ourself as Christian but we continue allowing ourselves to be expose to the media.

We have no idea what we're allowing into our eyes. Those advertisement are not meant for christian.

They are so vile that it would grieves the holy spirit after watching it. No wonder we felt so powerless.

we have to constantly guard our heart for it is the well spring of life

Images display in the television program are now so vile that if it were in the sixties it would not have allow it to be shown.

Walk the narrow paths. If we really wanna pursue righteousness. Be perfect as God himself is perfect.

99 percent pure and one percent sewer I'm not drinking.

Ask all the saints that you know of. Go ask them and see if they watch TV programmes. If you want the power of God in your life then something have to go.

~and do not give the devil a foothold.

If you don't see, you don't desire, if you don't desire, you are not tempted,if you are not tempted,you don't have to struggle.

you won't miss those programmes because in the first place you don't even know about the programmes. This holds true for many thing.

Throw the TV out of the window and put a stop to computer gaming! Many of you probably only have got 40 years of life on this earth to know God and make Him known if you are in your thirties now.

And probably 10 years of your prime life to do something for God. Tv programmes would have waste 20 years of your life. Life is but a mist. Use it wisely. you were made for greater thing then this.
